TAI – TUSAŞ Turkish Aircraft & Aerospace which has an important place in the World Aviation Industry will produce and use the high amount of nitrogen gas required for the autoclave furnace which is being used in the production of composite aircraft parts, with the engineering solution of Ideal Makina.

With the solution developed by Ideal Makine, nitrogen gas with a capacity of 360Nm3 / h at 20barg pressure will be produced and fed to the autoclave furnace.

Instead of buying liquid nitrogen, TAI will produce its own nitrogen gas much cheaper and it will provide significant savings.
