ONE MORE MOBILE, CONTAINERIZED OXYGEN GENERATOR SYSTEM TO LIBYA!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still effective all over the World, oxygen demand of the hospitals increases.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) preferred IDEAL MAKINA oxygen generator system to supply oxygen demands of the Covid-19 hospital established in Libya.

As IDEAL MAKINA, we have designed another special system to provide uninterrupted oxygen to the hospital with our experience in mobile containerized oxygen generator system. The system, which produces oxygen gas with a total capacity of 48.4 Nm3/h and 93% purity, has two output lines to fill the oxygen cylinders while feeding the hospital same time. Thus, system will be able to feed hospital in case of any power failure.

40” High Cube Container with ISO locks is manufactured as rockwool  insulated. This heavy duty type container was equipped by ventilation and cooling systems.

The plug and play system was assembled in the container and tested at IDEAL MAKINA workshop by IDEAL SERVICE team. And it was shipped to Libya as ready for oxygen gas production.

Before the delivery of the system, the operating engineer of the hospital visited our company. And a detailed training was given to him about the operation and maintenance of the system.
