THE ELECTRICITY OF ANADOLU UNION HOLDING IN SOMA THERMAL POWER PLANT WILL BE PRODUCED WITH IDEAL MAKINA!

Soma Thermal Power Plant Electricity Generation Inc., affiliated to Anadolu Birlik Holding. It has decided to run the project of replacing and commissioning the existing chemical dosage systems of 1-6 units water-steam cycles and 1-4 liquidation rooms with new ones.

Soma Thermal Power Plant, which is part of Anadolu Birlik Holding, operates in Soma district of Manisa province. Soma B Thermal Power Plant consists of 6 units each with an installed capacity of 165 MW and the total installed power of the plant is 990 MW. 1st unit 1981, 2nd unit 1982, 3rd unit 1985, 4th unit 1986, 5th and 6th units were commissioned in 1992. Each unit contains 1 steam turbine, 1 steam turbine generator, 1 boiler, 1 condenser, 1 cooling tower and both units are connected to a chimney.

Existing pumps and lines existing in the project were dismantled; New dosage systems will be installed in their places. With the new system, all flow diagrams on the screen, working and malfunction conditions of the equipment, all values ​​in the system such as dosage rates can be monitored and recorded.

In the project; In addition, a total of 45 ammonia and hydrazine, trisodium phosphate, CPP Regeneration Acid, CPP Regeneration caustic and iron thickener dosing pumps will be replaced.

IDEAL MAKINA Pumps will be used in the water steam cycle, in the boiler feed and purge plants to feed to the Fllators. IDEAL MAKINA will operate in the facility with 20 lt / h -1200 lt / h capacity and dosage pumps and accessories that will work in the range of 6 bar – 205 bar, and skid mounted solutions.

All dosage systems will provide data transfer with a 1 km long continuous (Redundant) fiber infrastructure, which will be installed in the central monitoring station, and the station will be supported by PLC / HMI and the systems will be monitored separately and data will be recorded.
