As Ideal Makina, we are pleased to announce the commissioning of another system in the Turkish industry. We have commissioned a special urea preparation and dosing system for use in a treatment plant for one of our valued customers in the paper production sector.

We provided turn-key solution for the controlled unloading of big bag urea sacks, their dilution to the correct ratios to form a solution, and the automatic dosing of this solution into the system.

With this system installation:

• Manual handling and measurement errors will be eliminated,
• The process will become fully automated,
• Stability and efficiency will be ensured in the wastewater treatment processes.
