Nuri Korustan Makina Metal, one of the leading metal cutting companies of Bursa Industry, is working with Ideal Makina in Nitrogen Gas Production and Cylinder Filling System to feed 15 Nukon Laser Cutting machines.

The system consists of 230 barg nitrogen gas production, 8 bar compressed air conditioning, 40 barg compressed air production and 580m piping installation in the factory.

Ideal Makine Nitrogen Generator

Ideal Makina, installed the Ideal Makina Nitrogen Generator system with the capacity to feed 15 NUKON Fiber Laser Machines. After producing 99,999% nitrogen gas, the system fills 230 barg gas to nitrogen manifolds through a high pressure booster compressor. Thanks to the high purity nitrogen gas, quality cutting surfaces are obtained especially in stainless steel materials, thick DKP sheets and aluminum sheets.

BOGE 40 Bar Dry Air System

Our company is the largest supplier in the German brand BOGE Booster Compressor Turkey. The air pressurized by Boge Booster at 40 barg is sent directly to the NUKON cutting tables as cutting air. Gas Dryers, Line filters, Condensate Discharge Devices, Oil trap Activated Carbon Tower and Air stock tanks were used in the dry air line.

Copper Piping

Our Technical Team installed a total of 580 m copper and steel pipeline. In this context, 40barg durable copper pipes were installed and tested in ISO standards.
