It is a pneumatic conveying method used to transport products under high speeds under pressure or vacuum. If the product does not have an abrasive feature and does not suffer physical breakage due to the impact caused by pressure or vacuum effect, it does not lose its own characteristic features, the method that is suitable for use is the sparse phase pneumatic transport method.
We can divide in into two among themselves:
Transport Under Pressure: Generally, it is suitable for conveying systems that reach pressures up to 1 bar, and blower or fan systems are used to pressurize the propellant.
Transport Under Vacuum: Generally, it is more suitable for transport systems with 0.5 bar absolute vacuum. It is mainly used for batch systems and recipe applications. It is supplied with blowers, fans or vacuum pumps for propellant.
