OMEGA CKL-B condensate separators are used for filtering different diameters of air, water and oil in a highly efficient way with a 16 bar pressure resistant aluminum extruded cast body.

Inside the body is a winged structure that provides controlled rotation of the air. As a result of the centrifugal effect, liquids (water, oil) and large particles are forced into the body wall, slow down and accumulate under the body as condensate. The turbulent free zone under the filter body prevents the condensate from being transported to the air line. Automatic or electronic condensate drain units are required to drain the condensate formed in the CKL-B condensate separator.
