Oil-free Scroll Air Compressors

Renner Oil – Free Scroll Air Compressors is the most IDEAL solution for economical oil-free compressed air in the range of 1.5 kW – 30 kW! The air between two scroll elements, one fixed and the other rotating eccentrically, is compressed and pressurized. The two scroll elements get very close to each other, but thanks to precise tolerances, compressed air is produced without touching each other. This economical and innovative design guarantees quiet (58 dB) and low vibration, 10,000 hours of maintenance-free operation. The most significant advantage of Scroll compressors is that they are air cooled, they do not require any liquid refrigerant. Oil-free Screw Air Compressors

In Renner Screw Oil Free compressors, unlike oil-injected compressors, water is injected instead of oil to cool the screw. The injected water is recovered to the system through the water separator and as a result, 100% oil-free compressed air is produced. This compressor series have models with direct drive, frequency inverter, air and water cooling between 18.5 kW – 120 kW.
