R-DRY BP heated blower-type desiccant dryers are designed for continuously separating the water vapor from the compressed air and thus reduce the dew point. R-Dry BP dryers contain two columns that work alternately. Adsorption takes place at low pressure in the first column, while the second column regenerates (cooled air for desorption + extended dry compressed air discharge for cooling). The system consists of two columns filled with adsorbent (100% SILICA GEL), blower, heater, SIEMENS touch control system, valves and manometers. The proven rugged design ensures efficient operation, quick installation and simple maintenance.
