Pure nitrogen and pure oxygen gases that we produce with our Nitrogen and Oxygen Generator Systems are filled into cylinders one by one or as bundles at 150 – 300 barg pressure. This allows gases to be transported to the user points per piece cylinders or multiple in bundles.
We are supplying the cylinders, filling ramps, manifolds, double wall flexible stainless hoses, mechanical and electronic safety instruments, manometers and automatic switchboards between cylinders.
INDUSTRIAL AND MEDICAL GAS CYLINDERS
We provide cylinders starting from 10lt up to 50lt PI (π) valves – flaps included, stamped and seamless steel tubes according to ISO 9809-1 / TPED (π) standards. By supplying these cylinders to many regions in Turkey and abroad; we offer solutions to these destinations requirements with our product and service quality.
CYLINDER BUNDLES (MANIFOLDS)
- The cylinder bundles are manufactured and certified according to ISO 9809-1 / TPED (π) standards.
- The cylinder bundles have TS EN 10961 and TPED certificates and are manufactured in accordance with oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, CNG, helium and mixing gases.
- The cylinder bundles that can be produced with 9-12-16 cylinder options according to your demand. Cylinders can be filled or emptied in a shorter time, since each tube is connected to each tube separately.
- Galvanized Cage: Galvanized coating is a feature that requires extra cost, but because it is more durable than paint, it protects your cylinder bundle against rust – corrosion and provides a longer life.
- Manufactured with welded collector system.
- Laser cut stainless sheet is used, which prevents the cylinder from moving up.
- Grill base available on floor.
- Suitable for forklift and crane transportation.
CYLINDER FILLING RAMPS
- Cylinder filling ramps are manufactured using equipments suitable for filling gas cylinders at 350 barg pressure.
- All necessary and approved safety devices are equipped with pressure gauges and flexible double-walled stainless filling hoses.
- Used for oxygen and high pressure non-corrosive gases.
- Standard filling ramp models are for 2-5-10 cylinders at the same time.
- Used for filling gas into the cylinder or reducing pressure from the cylinder.
