HOW DOES IT WORK?
99.9% purity nitrogen gas and very low amount of hydrogen gas produced with Ideal Makina PSA Nitrogen Generators enter the mixer in the CATOX unit. Through the catalyst in the CATOX unit, hydrogen gas binds oxygen molecules in nitrogen gas and turns into moisture (H2O). The nitrogen gas that gets rid of the oxygen molecules inside reaches ultra high purity.
